TSAIDE Goes Full-TimeTAI Goes Full TimeJuly 31st, 2009For all those who thought we would never get to this point, you were wrong. Timeshare Advocacy International is proud to announce that we have hit the full court press. Due to the overwhelming response the last three month, I have walked away from my day job and now am getting to enjoy my true love. When I started Timeshare Advocacy International I knew that there were going to be a few owners that I would be able to assist and get out of their contracts. What I did not know was the competition is so crooked; they are making it hard for me to have any time for myself. Hey, don’t get me wrong. I truly love being able to help people, and when I can do it full time in an industry that desperately needs it. Can you say BONUS! I feel like professional athletes feel like when they get to do what they have a passion for and get paid. You will see some aggressive things coming from TAI in the near future. Now, here is another issue that has been ringing home recently. Many owners have been going to Mexico for vacations and being approached by so called happy timeshare owners who are telling vacationers that they need to go to the resort and quickly check it out. Once on site, the vacationers are hit by a very aggressive team of sharks and 4 to 6 hours later are the unhappy owners of a timeshare. More often than not, they are not even aware that they have a 5 day cancellation period. This is criminal and everyone needs to get the word out. That supposedly happy timeshare owner who was telling the vacationers how great the resort was is normally employed by the resort to go out in town and target Americans. This is one of the oldest tricks in the book and unfortunately there is really no way for Americans to be protected except to be better informed before you go. If you know of anyone planning to go to Mexico, ensure that you get the word out and warn them. Another thing that continues to happen in all the majority of timeshare presentations has been the unlawful tax advice. Sales reps are telling owners of the great tax benefits of a timeshare. Let me break the news to you, there is no tax advantage for owning a timeshare. It does not qualify as a vacation home and it is certainly not a second home. Equally as important to remember is that they will promise that you can rent these out and make a killing. If that was true, why would so many owners be so miserable? The fact of the matter is they tell you of the best case scenario. You know, the one in a hundred best case. Folks, please do your homework before taking a timeshare tour. I have always recommended taking the tour, saying no and walking out after the prescribed time, and then if you and your significant other decide it is for you, and then buy resale. Save thousands and be happy! Last word before I sign off, please stay posted as I will be giving you more in-depth information on the other so called timeshare assistance companies. One in particular has all of the sudden purchased Timeshare Advocacy International dot org….You can bet I will expose these guys. I got some insider information that I cannot wait to post. It’s gonna be good, and it’s all true. The sad part is, if they would just think of their customers first, last, and always they would never have a C- with the BBB and have numerous scam.com and ripoffreport.com complaints. The fact of the matter is, when you look for short cuts, it always comes out. That is what I try to instill in my children. If you are going to do something, do it right the first time and be proud. Thanks again to all that have supported our efforts. Our clients are our number one priority! Read Comments (0) No Comments »No comments yet. RSS feed for comments on this post.
