TAI Welcomes Susan M. Budowski, Esq

Susan Budowski was admitted to the Florida Bar in May 2004. She received her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. She completed her MBA at Orlando College Summa Cum Laude. Ms. Budowski was an early adopter of alternative dispute resolution. In 1997 she was one of four students and two professors chosen for Mediation training. She became a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator in 1998 and a Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator in 2005. January 2010 she elevated to a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. (more…)

How to Cancel Your Timeshare Contract

Many travelers who go on vacation and take timeshare presentations often make the mistake of purchasing a timeshare based off the emotional high they are getting while on vacation. They normally go on the presentations because of a free gift that they are promised. The timeshare presentation was supposed to last 90 minutes, but end up lasting over 4 hours. They are never told they can cancel and when they get home and are having that feeling of buyers remorse, they find out that they could have canceled, but are now past the cancellation period.
