What does TAI Do?

A: Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC assists timeshare consumers who feel they have been lied to, misled, or had deceptive sales tactics used against them in the purchase of a timeshare. Additionally, TAI helps those who no longer want their timeshare to transfer their ownership out of their name thus removing them from any future dealings with the timeshare company. Whether you owe on your timeshare or not, TAI can assist you.

 

What is the difference between TAI and other like companies?

A: Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC is the longest operated company assisting ripped off timeshare owners. Many companies claim to have helped thousands and to have been in business for many years, but the fact is, TAI has been in business the longest. Additionally, TAI is the only company that puts their owners on their site. Many timeshare resale companies have been hit hard by their state’s Attorney General and are trying to make some quick money in this area. Lastly, TAI can show actual proof of assisting clients get cancellations. Our competition, if pressed, cannot show proof besides some fake testimonials.

 

How do I qualify?

A: Yes, there is a cost associated with our service. Our service is simply that, service that yields results. Because each case is unique, you will need to call and speak with one of our Timeshare Counselors to get a price quote.

 

Why do you charge upfront fees?

A: With every company there is a cost involved for services. TAI is no different. Many forums and blogs will tell you not to pay upfront fees for anything to do with timeshare. Our services are unique and proven. I do agree that you should never pay upfront fees for listing services and resale companies, but cancellations and ownership transfers require a lot of work on our part on the front end. We simply cannot do this without getting paid first.

 

What is your success rate?

A: TAI would love to state that we have a 100 percent success rate like other companies do. We are successful over 93 percent of the time. In the cases that we have not been successful, clients get 100 percent of their money returned to them.
