What is our mission at TAI?
When I worked in timeshare, it became apparent to me that there needed to be something done with the business practices within the timeshare industry. Simply put, they are able to change the rules at a drop of a hat which impacts every owner out there. It amazed me the things that sales reps could get away with and what was encouraged by management.
TAI's mission is to be a transparent organization assisting any timeshare owner or perspective owners in any areas of misrepresentation, misinformation, and fraud by any timeshare company in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
We are a watchdog group within the timeshare industry looking for timeshare companies, vacation clubs, and resale companies that do not conduct business in accordance with the laws and regulations put forth by the real estate commissions and other governing bodies. We assist in communicating with each state's Attorney Generals, Profeco, and Canadian governance to ensure that we have the most up to date information to pass on to our clients.
TAI provides clear and concise information to timeshare owners before we ever engage in a contract for business. Each customer gets a full free initial consultation to see if TAI can provide assistance for a smooth cancellation of the timeshare contract.
