When I first realized how manipulated we were in our timeshare presentation I was sick to my stomach and was losing sleep. I thought we had no recourse. We entered into an agreement with Timeshare Advocacy International to assist us with the termination of our timeshare vacation club in October 2011. We were very unhappily with the club because they were misleading at the time of the sale, and the membership was not working as advertised.

Initially, I thought that having to pay Timeshare Advocacy upfront to assist me in getting out of my timeshare was a bit exorbitant. Especially, since I was required to perform mostly all of the legwork, I could not see how this would be a worthwhile endeavor. But then I thought, what the heck. If it works, then it will be worth the expensive to get out of a more expensive, misrepresented and impulsive purchase.

We are writing this letter to “thank you and your entire qualified staff”, for helping we succeed in canceling our timeshare with Bluegreen.

We were skeptical at first about attending the meeting at a local hotel in our area regarding the topic on cancelling timeshares. We attended the meeting and were very impressed with the knowledge of the staff. The staff covered every detail of what happens when you purchase a timeshare and how very hard it is to get rid of a timeshare.

My husband and I decided to take the plunge and spend our money to hire your Company to get us out of our commitment.
Your Company took care of everything and told us what to do. We just received word (after about 5 months) that our commitment with Bluegreen is over and that our “credit” is fine.

We will forever be indebted to you Mr. Sean and all your wonderful staff for the timely and successful response to our predicament concerning timeshare cancellation. When we saw your organization online, we had no idea who you were but it now appears to us clearly to have been an act of God. All of the men and women of Timeshare International Advocacy truly saved me and my family’s livelihood. My wife and I are active duty Marines and were fraudulently snared into purchasing a timeshare in May of 2009 with lies of a great investment and tax breaks, which comes to pass a complete lie. Like many people today we had no idea to where to turn and were constantly contacting agencies which said were there to help which was an upmost lie and which seemed to be traps. After initially contacting Timeshare International, my wife and I knew that they were not frauds and the real deal. Our agent which helped us let us know the entire process and what exactly what was going to occur and asked us exactly what had happened during our purchase process with the timeshare, and after listening to us knew that it was completely against Better Business Bureau laws and ethics and vowed to help us every way she could. One thing many people have to know is the companies which guarantee a quick fix and no effort on your own part are lies and Timeshare International is not one, they consistently contacted my wife and I and asked how the phone calls with the Timeshare company was going, and when they were going nowhere we continued to escalate with our efforts, and I can with the deepest gratitude say that Timeshare International got us out of our Timeshare full reimbursement in 2 months from when we started the process. Anyone reading this I would sincerely hope that if you are in dire need of help like my family was you need to contact Timeshare International Advocacy because they can and will do everything in their power to help you just like they did my family. Thank you again so much Jenny and everyone else that helped us in our process and as horrible as it is to say I hope as long as they are people like myself and my wife who get scammed into purchasing these timeshares that you are there to be at the rescue for families like you were there for ours.
